Rabbi David Wolpe

Rabbi David Wolpe, named the most influential rabbi in America by Newsweek, is Rabbi of Sinai Temple in Los Angeles. He is the author of eight books including the national bestseller Making Loss Matter: Creating Meaning in Difficult Times, and David, the Divided Heart. Rabbi Wolpe has taught at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in New York, the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, Hunter College, and UCLA. He is a columnist for and has also published in the New York Times, the LA Times, and other news media, and has appeared often on television.

Rabbi David Wolpe was ordained at the Jewish Theological Seminary and received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
